We serve Joliet, Plainfield, Lockport, New Lenox, Homer Glen, and the surrounding southwest Chicago suburbs. Whether your basement is unfinished concrete, a half-finished space from a previous owner, or a dated finished basement ready for a full remodel — start with a conversation.
What Happens When You Call
- We listen. Describe your basement and what you're hoping for — a family room, home office, guest suite, gym, bathroom, all of it.
- We schedule. We'll set up a free on-site estimate, usually within a few days.
- We walk it. We look at the space: moisture, ceiling height, electrical panel capacity, plumbing rough-ins, egress options — everything that determines what's possible.
- You get a written quote. Itemized scope, firm price, realistic timeline. No obligation. You decide what happens next.
No high-pressure sales calls, no obligation to buy. The estimate is free because it's the right way to start an honest job.
Before You Call
It helps to have a few things in mind: what you want the space to be used for, whether you've ever had water or dampness down there, and the approximate size of the basement. Photos of the current space are useful too. But if you don't have any of that figured out, don't worry — describing what you see in your own words is plenty, and the free estimate fills in the rest.
